We normally deliver direct to your door within 5 working days for items available and in stock. Items that are
sent direct from the manufacturer and goods requiring personalisation may take a little longer. These direct
dispatch items will be clearly denoted next to product description. We normally aim to fulfil all contracts within 30
days (unless we agree otherwise with you at or subsequent to accepting your order) however delays beyond our control
may occur. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.
The standard delivery charge for each order is £4.95,
which will be automatically calculated at the checkout page and added to your order overall total. This delivery
charge covers the entire order regardless of how many products are comprised in your order.

If you wish your order to be sent to a different address,
simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. When your parcel arrives,
you must check the contents against the Advice Note. If there is any discrepancy, please call Customer Services on
0844 499 4999 (Calls cost 5p per minute from BT landlines but will vary depending on your phone company or if using a mobile)immediately or use the Contact Us page to notify us by email, giving full details.

Next Day Delivery |

Need your goods even faster? Then remember to ask for our Next Day Delivery
Service when you place your order and we'll deliver on the next working day if you order before
2pm. It costs just £4.00 in addition to your usual post and packaging charge.
There are a few areas of the UK that our Next Day Delivery service doesn't
cover some offshore islands and remote areas of Great Britain so please check that your address
is within the delivery area when you order by phone or online. Unfortunately, we can't offer
Next Day Delivery on orders you make by post. It's important that we have your
FULL postcode for this service. This service is subject to the availability of goods and your own
credit status. We don't offer it on personalised items, or on those direct from the manufacturer.

We've included a table below to let you know the anticipated delivery day. While we'll do
everything we can to deliver your goods by the day anticipated, we cannot accept liability for
deliveries made later than the day listed below.

orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us to confirm anticipated
delivery times.

Ordering goods with a total value over £99? Then take advantage of our free Standard Delivery service by selecting
the Standard Delivery option on the checkout page. This free delivery service only applies to Standard
Delivery and NOT priority deliveries. Priority orders will still attract a premium charge at the rate of £4.00
per order (see above for full details and limitations).
